Vom Pine Park und der Promenade des Zentrums über Porto Montenegro nach Donja Lastva, weiter zu den Dörfern der Lustica-Halbinsel und der Lepetane-Fähre.
Tivat liegt an der inneren Bucht, geschützt vom Vrmac-Kamm im Norden und der Lustica-Halbinsel im Süden. Das Zentrum erstreckt sich vom Pine Park entlang der Promenade durch Porto Montenegro nach Donja Lastva. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der inneren Bucht blicken die Lustica-Dörfer Krašići, Bogdašići und Đuraševići zurück über das Wasser, mit dem Sandstrand Plavi Horizonti, der über Radovići im Süden zu erreichen ist. Krašići is a coastal village on the south side of Tivat municipality with stone houses, a sheltered swim cove and family-run restaurants.
Bogdašići is a hillside village on the Lustica peninsula above Tivat with a thirteenth-century Orthodox church and views across the Bay of Kotor.
Đuraševići is a Lustica-peninsula village south of Tivat with vineyards, family-run agriturismo and the Lustica Bay master-planned resort beyond.
Radovići is a small village on the southern Lustica peninsula near the Plavi Horizonti sandy bay, drawing visitors for the beach and small fish restaurants.
Mrčevac is a residential village on the Lustica-peninsula side of Tivat with newer family houses and a quieter rhythm than the central waterfront.
Kalimanj is the southern residential quarter of Tivat town, between Pine Park and the airport with apartment blocks and the local football stadium.
Seljanovo is a residential and small-industry quarter on Tivat's northern edge between Donja Lastva and the centre.
