Accommodation in Tivat is split between Porto Montenegro's high-end hotels and apartments, a strip of mid-range hotels along the waterfront, family-run apartments in the centre, Donja Lastva and the bay villages, and a smaller villa segment on Lustica Bay and around Đurašević.
Hotel rates run sixty to one hundred and ten euros a night in the centre four-stars, one hundred and forty to three hundred at Porto Montenegro, and forty to ninety at the older guesthouses around the centre and Donja Lastva. Apartments along the waterfront price at thirty-five to sixty-five euros for a one-bedroom flat in season, dropping twenty per cent or more outside July and August. Villas on Lustica Bay and around Đurašević run two hundred to six hundred a night for the larger pool villas. Availability is tightest mid-July through August and across cruise-overflow weeks.
