The kitchen serves national Montenegrin dishes rooted in the flavours of the sea and the land, worked from seasonal produce by traditional methods.

Plates run from šopska salad, burrata and octopus salad through scorpionfish and veal soups to sea bass, tuna, beef cheeks, pork knuckle and ćevapi, closing with soufflé, panna cotta or apple pie. Cured meats, local cheeses and a wine list from Montenegro, the region and France complete the table.
