The marina handles berths up to two hundred and fifty metres across roughly four hundred and fifty slots, with a full-service yard, fuel pier and chandlery. The surrounding promenade runs an open mix of luxury fashion and watch retailers, fine-dining restaurants, hotel and residential blocks, plus the Naval Heritage Collection housed in a refurbished submarine-storage hall with two preserved Yugoslav submarines on display.
The marina runs year-round but peaks in summer when visiting yachts fill the larger berths. The hotel and apartment offer is the most expensive in town, with five-star residences and serviced apartments at one hundred and forty to four hundred and fifty euros a night. The fine-dining strip runs continental Mediterranean and Italian-Adriatic kitchens at thirty-five to ninety euros for a main; the more affordable cafe and pizzeria options sit on the inner promenade.
