The office is in the Regent Pool Club Residences, handling sales across the bay and coastal markets spanning Porto Montenegro, Lustica Bay, Portonovi, the Bay of Kotor and the Budva Riviera.

The brokerage is led by Hunter Milborne, who previously founded Sotheby's operations in Canada and Dubai, and Niko Lakovic, a local partner with 15 years in the Montenegrin market. A team of six sales agents covers the full range from studio units to waterfront villas.
